Amazing base for exploring Madrid. Unbeatable setting not far from shops, supermarket, rail and short walk to city center, El Retori park, and supermarket. Btw, located in the Goya area. Amicable and responsive staff, no complains at all. Nice sleep on the comfortable bed. Kitchen for cooking. Met what was needed, strongly recommend.

Nice, clean, comfortable. Beds pretty good - not to hard, not to soft. Extra toilet paper, 2 washing tablets, 3 dishwash tablets. Cofe, tea, salt, peper, oil and vinegar! ! Shampoo and shower gel. No complaints! Near metro station. 24/7 supermarket 5min walk. A lot of different shops.
The description of apartment was incorrect as the pictures were of another apartment showing outside balcony which was essential for group medical condition. Construction work accrossroad awoke us in morning and had to keep windows closed again exasperating our issue.

The apartment was spacious and well-designed, with all the necessary amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine. The location was excellent, with a supermarket and coffee shops conveniently located nearby. The apartment was also in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
The lack of air conditioning vents in the rooms and the limited number of AC outlets were major drawbacks. This made the apartment quite hot, especially during the summer months.

The weekend at the apartment was fantastic! the location couldn't have been more perfect - just a few minutes walk to the nearest metro station and an easy stroll to the nearby park. Plus, there was a grocery store right across the street, which made stocking up on essentials a breeze. Another thing we really appreciated was the modern and fully equipped kitchen, it made cooking our own meals a pleasure.
There were a few minor issues during our stay. the floor could have been cleaner, and we also found a lack of kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies.
